Monroe is a dedicated paralegal with a passion for legal research and client service. At Essential Legal Planning she assists her colleagues with estate planning, probate and trust administration, business law, and litigation matters. Monroe is dedicated to providing exceptional client service and works closely with clients throughout the legal process. She is committed to ensuring every client feels supported, informed, and cared for while assisting with their legal matters. Her strong research and organizational skills help ensure that every case receives thorough attention and support.

Monroe earned her Bachelor of Arts in History from George Mason University in 2024, where she received several academic honors. She also obtained a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from the George Mason University School of Continuing and Professional Education. Prior to joining Essential Legal Planning, she gained experience at a law firm handling estate planning, probate, and land use and zoning matters.
Outside the office, Monroe enjoys reading, volunteering her research expertise with her local historical society, and spending quality time with her family in Northern Virginia.
