Galiya Grupp is a dedicated paralegal with a unique combination of legal, corporate, accounting, and financial experience. At Essential Legal Planning, PLLC, Galiya assists clients with probate and trust administration matters, including the preparation of probate inventories and fiduciary accountings. She also supports the firm’s litigation practice by analyzing financial records, assisting with complex document review, and helping identify critical evidence in commercial and fiduciary disputes.

Before joining Essential Legal Planning, Galiya worked as a paralegal at a tax & corporate law firm, where she gained experience in business formations, corporate governance, and preparing organizational documents, including operating agreements, bylaws, and meeting minutes.

Prior to her legal career, Galiya served as a Financial Consultant for a major bank and auditing firm in Kazakhstan, where she developed extensive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and operational efficiency. Her strong financial background provides valuable insight when assisting with complex financial records and asset analysis.

Galiya’s combination of legal knowledge, accounting expertise, and attention to detail allows her to provide comprehensive support tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Outside the office, Galiya enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and dog, exploring the East Coast, discovering new restaurants and cuisines, cooking, baking, biking, hiking, and spending time outdoors.
